FAQ

Q: How to I read reviews?
A: Once a review is posted, the link "Read Review!" will be placed under the school name. If this link does not appear, there are no reviews posted for that school.

Q: Why did my review not post?
A: The three main reasons a review is not posted are:
1) We did not receive the needed information to locate the school. For example, the city, state, or the school name was not provided on the form.  
2) There are no records with the state for the school or child care provider submitted in the review. If a school is not on our site, we first verify that the school or provider are still in operation before posting the review.
3) Multiple reviews received from the same computer. A review for the school or provider has already been submitted by you.
